Robotics

Where piece parts require complex manipulation, where the process actions are conditional or when transferring parts between two dissimilar machines, a robotic solution is often appropriate.  With re-programmability comes flexibility, a key requirement in an ever-changing manufacturing landscape.
 

PLC Programming and Design

When machines need to interact and process parameters routinely vary, the control system needs to be flexible, responsive and scaleable.  A programmable logic controller provides powerful computer based control that can emulate older relay based systems whilst having high flexibility.
 

Bespoke Machine Build

For high volume or repetitive operations a dedicated machine can be more appropriate than a fully programmable robotics solution.  Optimised for specific tasks, high efficiencies can be obtained, repeatedly achieving high tolerances with very low mean time between failure (MTBF) performance.
